Ingredients
4 oz. Lump Crab Meat
1 Ripe Mango
2 Green Onions
1 Avocado
2 Roma Tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
1/3 cup fresh Lime Juice
Pinch Salt & Pepper
Optional: Bibb lettuce or Endive

Preparation
Pick through the crab meat to ensure there are no shells. Set aside.
Assemble – Non-layered
If mixing salad components together chop mango, green onions, tomatoes, avocado and cilantro and gently mix with crab. Add lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together gently. Serving in a martini or margarita glass is fun or serve in a leaf of Bibb lettuce or endive.
Assemble – Layered
If layering salad components chop each and put into separate bowls. Mix the chopped cilantro and lime juice together with salt and pepper. Put small amount of cilantro and lime juice into each bowl to ensure all ingredients have some dressing.
Layer, firmly, into a bowl in desired order. Cover top of bowl with a plate and turn layered salad out.
Note: I have also added corn kernels and cucumbers as extra layers as seen in the picture.
