Ingredients
8 Eggs
4 Tbsp. Milk
12 oz. Sage flavored Breakfast Sausage
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
6-8 Tbsp. chopped Green Onion
10 Cherry Tomatoes
Feta

Preparation
Chop green onions and cut up cherry tomatoes.
Cook Sausage
Crumble sausage into a skillet and cook over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Wipe out skillet to remove grease.
Eggs
Crack 8 eggs into a bowl and add milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until combined, then add green onions, tomatoes and cooled sausage.
Cook over medium heat until eggs are almost solidly cooked. Turn heat off and continue to stir. Eggs will finish cooking from leftover heat.
Assemble
Divide eggs into four servings and top each with crumbled feta.
