Ingredients
8 Eggs
4 Tbsp. Milk
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped Dill
3 Tbsp. Crème Fraiche

Preparation
Chop dill.
Eggs
Crack 8 eggs into a bowl and add milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until combined then add dill.
Cook over medium heat, slowly, until eggs are almost solidly cooked. Turn heat off and continue to stir. Drop small spoons of crème fraiche into eggs. The crème fraiche should only be partially mixed into the eggs.
