Ingredients
Meatloaf:
1 lb. Ground Chicken Breast
1 ½ cups diced Rotisserie Chicken
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic
1 1/3 cups Celery (large chop)
½ cup Onion
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
¼ – ½ cup Gorgonzola Cheese (amount depends on taste for blue cheese)
1 Egg
2/3 cup Panko
2 Tbsp. 980 Brava Buffalo Sauce
Topping:
4 oz. Cream Cheese
2/3 cup Mozzarella
1 tsp. 980 Brava Buffalo Sauce
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350, line a sheet pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Chop celery, onion, garlic and rotisserie chicken.
Meatloaf
Combine all ingredients in bowl and lightly mix together with a fork. After combined remove from bowl and on a sheet pan form into a loaf.
Topping & Cooking
Combine all of the topping ingredients together ensuring they are all mixed well. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake covered with foil for the first ½ hour then uncovered for an additional ½ hour until cooked through.
