Ingredients
Donuts:
1 cup Flour
6 ½ Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Cardamom
½ tsp. Salt
¾ cup Chai Liquid Concentrate (Tazo Chai, Classic Latte)
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ Tbsp. Shortening
Glaze:
3 Tbsp. Chai Liquid Concentrate (Tazo Chai, Classic Latte)
1 cup Powdered Sugar

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 and spray a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray. Put shortening in microwave to liquify.
Donuts
In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cardamom and
salt. In a measuring cup mix together chai,
vanilla, liquified shortening and a beaten egg.
Mix into dry ingredients, evenly disperse into the donut pan and bake
for 8 – 10 minutes. Remove from oven and
allow to cool.
Glaze
In a bowl whisk together chai and powdered sugar. Spoon glaze over each donut and spread the glaze
around the donut to coat.
